Each piece is crafted after reservation, ensuring precision, intention, and respect for the integrity of the design.
Crafting Time: 10–12 working days
Once completed, your garment is prepared for dispatch.
Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
During key moments, such as collection releases or high-volume periods, crafting timelines may be slightly extended. We maintain a commitment to quality over speed.
Shipping
ATÚNKÈ offers worldwide delivery.
Shipping timelines begin after the crafting process is completed and vary depending on destination.
While we work with trusted delivery partners, timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

Delivery & Receipt
Most deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
Deliveries are not name-specific. Any individual present at the delivery address may receive the package.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt redelivery. If the parcel remains unclaimed, it may be returned to our facility.
Packaging

Garments are carefully wrapped in protective layers and delivered in discreet packaging that reflects the house’s commitment to simplicity and care.
International Orders
ATÚNKÈ ships globally.
International orders are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or sizing errors.
We encourage clients to review sizing carefully or reach out before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that a garment arrives damaged or incorrect, ATÚNKÈ will resolve the issue with care.
A replacement or appropriate resolution will be arranged at no additional cost.
